The Festival will have its opening concert on April 27 but but on March 28 there will be a prestigious prologue in the Ridotto of the Teatro Grande, in Brescia. A lecture-concert will bring the audience into the theme of the 54th Festival “Beethoven and Napoleon. Music, between ideals and power”. Prof. Valerio Terraroli will talk about “The myth of Napoleon: lights and shadows”, while the pianist Federico Colli will play the Sonatas op. 54 and op. 109 by Beethoven.
The lecture-concert begins at 17.30 and the entrance is free.
